Touch of Heaven

At Slate and Starlight Retreats our first priority is the health and safety of our guests. We want to reassure all of our guests that we take standards for cleanliness very seriously and have well established hygiene standards and procedures that address cleanliness and disinfection. To combat the spread of COVID-19 all rugs, bedding, furniture, and all guest contact surfaces in general such as door knobs, light switches, counters etc. are disinfected thoroughly after each guest leaves.

Touch of Heaven Cabin sleeps up to 6 Guests. There is a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 2 sofa bed, and 1 bath. There is a screened in front porch and campfire area outside.

Master bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Second bedroom offers a bunk bed, full size on the bottom and twin on top.

All pillows, linens, and cozy blankets will be provided for your comfort.

New stove, refrigerator, and sink.
Coffee pot and some amenities.

Cozy Living Room has a fireplace for your enjoyment.

Plenty of natural light from the windows.

TV with Roku available, Wifi, and a phone for local calls.

The couch can fold out into a bed.

The bathroom will have a new corner shower, sink and toilet.
Please bring your own toiletries.

Sit in comfort outside on the screened in porch, listen to the gently flowing stream bubbling over the rocks nearby, take in a deep breath of fresh air and watch as the local wildlife wander through.

Or sit outside by the campfire and enjoy making mountain pies and smores.

Dangerous animals on property – We live in the woods where there are bears and other predators. All garbage must be kept in the containers provided and I will pick it up and dispose of it. Please do not place any trash or food outside or in your vehicle.

Please keep your fur babies safe and on a leash when you have them outside, do not leave them unattended.

Please hang bath towels to dry after your shower and only use the kitchen/bath towels for the purposes they’re intended.

Please tidy up and do your dishes before you leave.
